The grosgrain stripe has become popularly known as SJP’s signature touch for its shoe collections.

The grosgrain stripe is a nod to Sarah Jessica’s childhood, specifically her mother. As a young girl, Sarah Jessica was required to wear a grosgrain ribbon on her hair every day.

We constantly replenish our stock collection. However, seasonal styles will sadly not be replenished.

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to price match and we do not honor price adjustments if items you've previously purchased are marked down (or further marked down).

In accordance to the UAE laws, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of 5% VAT.

We currently accept all major credit cards that are issued in the UAE. You can also choose the Easy Installments option directly from the checkout page made possible through Tabby. Please note that our website is not able to process International credit cards now, even if the shipping address is within the United Arab Emirates. But if you’re paying installments through Tabby - international cards can be accepted. If you receive an error after attempting an installment purchase using an International credit card, please contact your issuing bank or Tabby via their support page: https://help.tabby.ai/

If your card is declined, please ensure that you’re using a UAE issues credit card. If the issue persists, we advise you to please contact your issuing bank for further assistance.
All orders that are shipped/delivered within UAE are eligible for free shipping, no minimum order required.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email which can be used here.
We’re currently shipping within UAE only. Although, we have plans to expand our operations to other countries in the GCC region.
Orders within UAE are usually delivered within one business day only. Please do note that we’re working six days a week to be able to ship your order as early as possible.
Please contact us within 2 hours after placing your order if you’d like to change or cancel your order. Orders that were already shipped will be eligible for returns following our returns policy only.
Generally, we accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from the date you receive your order. You may check our returns policy page for more information.
If the product you’re returning is within 14 days from the date of delivery, you may contact us directly via email to request for a return or exchange.
Please note that purchases made during a sale or promotion will be non-refundable. We will accept returns for store credit only. All in-store sale purchases will be considered final. There will no exceptions.

Once the product that you’d like to return has been received at our headquarters, it will take 2 business days to process the return from our end.

If you’re expecting a refund, we suggest allowing at least 5-7 working days to see the amount be reflected on your account. You may also contact your bank for further assistance.
