Refunds and Exchanges
Once the returned product is received and inspected by us, an email will be sent to you along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then the amount will be refunded through your chosen payment method.
If the refund has been denied, the product will be returned to you. Please note the logistics charges may need to be borne by you.
If the exchange has been approved, the new product will be delivered to you. You can also choose to exchange the product at our physical retail stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If the exchange is denied, the items will be returned to you. Please note the logistics charges may need to be borne by you.

Please note that there might be return charges applicable on a case to case basis, our customer care team will inform you before initiating the return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
